In this regard, the Government agrees to make a firm commitment to passing on the savings to claimants and insurers. Moreover, all the insurance companies are required to provide the information. the deadline to provide information is 1 October 2023. Once that is done, the Government can assess whether the benefits of reforms are passed on. On the bases of the assessment, the Government will present the report in Parliament.
