When you receive the appointment details, please sign the Confirmation of Attendance and send it back to us. You can also confirm attendance via email at appointments@concisemedico.co.uk or via phone by calling us on 01282786185. 

If you are unable to make the appointment please contact us immediately so that we can make an alternative arrangement. Since the medical expert will be seeing you privately if you fail to attend your appointment without giving adequate notice or if you cancel on short notice a fee, between £50 to £200 will be charged. Therefore, if following your confirmation of attendance you are unable to attend please contact us immediately.
