• The nature of the case (e.g., personal injury, criminal injury)
• The case’s facts and the claim’s specifics
• The patient’s present condition
• Medical records (primary and hospital – where relevant)
• Any pertinent deadlines and dates the expert has to be aware of (e.g., court dates)
